14 Carrot Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 c cooking oil
2 tsp Soda
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
3 cups raw carrots shredded
4 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and stir well. Add eggs one at a time, mix well. Add carrots and nuts. Mix well
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes

Top with Cream Cheese Icing
